How to Get Rid of Your Deep Eye Wrinkles

Perhaps you are like me. You barely noticed a fine line or two some time ago and then one day, to your great surprise, you see on the mirror that those innocent lines have turned into nasty deep eye wrinkles or deep forehead wrinkles.
What did you do next? Maybe you have tried several over the counter types of moisturizers but you see that those irritating wrinkles are still there. You think it’s about time that you should consider some more serious methods.
Having gone through the same path myself, below I try to outline some of the options you are facing. Broadly speaking, you can either opt for cosmetic or surgical procedures that are required to be administered by a qualified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, or you can go for a milder treatment, using high quality natural ingredients.
Cosmetic Procedures
1) One of the alternatives is to use a chemical peel. As its name implies, it works by peeling off the outer layer of skin, replaced by the new cells that are generated. It may sound as a harsh method, but it can become an effective way to remove deep eye wrinkles or deep forehead wrinkles.
The length of the treatment depends primarily on the depth of your wrinkles. You may need to leave the chemical on your skin for as long as about one hour.

The downside of a chemical peel is that it makes the skin look burned and bruised for a long time, even for several weeks. During this period, the skin will peel off and new skin cell will grow with less wrinkles.
2) Another alternative for removing your deep eye wrinkles or deep forehead wrinkles is to use Botox. Nowadays, Botox is perhaps the most popular method to remove wrinkles. The process involves an injection of a small amount of Botox in the wrinkle area. This will cause the muscle to relax thus diminishing the wrinkles as well.
The bad thing about Botox is it needs to be repeated periodically. In the case of deeper wrinkles, you may need more injections, which will of course require more cost.
Surgical Procedures
1) Now, if you want radical results fast, then you might consider having a face lift. If that’s the case, then you need to see a plastic surgeon. He will evaluate your skin condition first to ensure that surgery is suitable and you need to keep good physical shape prior to the surgery.
Keep in mind that a face lift requires surgery, which may have potential side effects.
Use high quality natural skin care products
All of the methods above have many downsides (time you have to stay off work and family, side effects, pain, cost, temporary results) which, in my opinion, far outweigh the possible benefit of a fast solution.
My general suggestion is this: Unless the problem with your deep eye wrinkles or deep forehead wrinkles is serious enough to cause you anxiety and undermine your self-confidence, you would be better off without them.
A milder treatment, which I personally recommend, is to use skin care creams with high quality natural ingredients.
